Hi, I’m Keryn, an independent counsellor, based in West Auckland.

I’ve been counselling for 18 years, and supervising counsellors and students for 5 years.

I’m a member of New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and Addiction Practitioners Association of Aotearoa New Zealand (DAPAANZ).

I have the following qualifications:

  • BA Psychology
  • Diploma Counselling – Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT
  • Certificate – Professional Mentoring, Supervision and Workplace Coaching Skills
  • Certificate  – Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Certificate – Sandplay Therapy
  • Triple P Practitioner – Positive Parenting Programme

I’ve worked in private practice, community organisations, a secondary school, youth organisations, and alcohol and drug rehabilitation.
